REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once the order has been confirmed, the item(s) will be processed, packed and shipped out and as such, it will not be possible to cancel your order. In the event that you opt to cancel the order after delivery, you agree that the associated delivery charges will be deducted from your payment before making any refund by us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. we are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days with giving any reason for doing so.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and shipping fees or other will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

The Goods are in the original packaging

The Goods were not used or damaged

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We are not responsible for damaged products due to delivery. You may return the item to the following address by any transport service providing us with the item’s tracking number. If we are unable to receive the tracking number by any circumstance, we have the right to cancel the ongoing refund/exchange/returns request.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

PRE-ORDER & DELIVERY TERM

Items/Collection that announce Pre-Order on social media or website will be following these term.

1. PRE-ORDER CAN BE CANCELED ONLY BEFORE THE production initiates, but you will be charged a 5% fee on each transaction.

2. All pre-ordered products cannot be refunded since it is made to order with discount and exchange is not available as well as all international orders, except quality problems or wrong items.

3. Customers must ensure that all shipping information for pre-order is accurate, and please contact CUStomer services (sales@000undefined.com) if there are any changes in shipping information before it is shipped. and undefined is not responsible to any shipment issue caused by inaccurate shipping information.
